Our six steps to solid service

2.) Response promise – every company experiences peak periods but we don’t feel you, our customer should suffer as a result of this. So, we won’t leave you in a queue but will take your call as quickly as possible. You will speak with a real person and we won’t make you jump through the voicemail hoops!
3.) Email promise – the same works for email, we’ll respond to all your queries as we get them into care@buzztelecom.ie.
4.) Post promise – you guessed it! If you don’t have access to email and prefer to put your query in writing the old fashioned way, we’ll be back to you with an answer on the phone or as fast as the post allows.
5.) Trained, locally based staff means they can understand your queries and concerns and their local knowledge means we are both on the same wavelength.
