Single Destination with Voice Mail
Buzz Telecoms simplest application allows you to choose a number from their number range,18xx, 0818 or areacall (01, 021, 056, etc. ) and then select a destination for your call. An example some of the destinations that you can choose from are, your home number, your office number and even your mobile number.
If in the event you are unable to answer your calls, Buzz Telecom have an added voicemail, which captures any unanswered calls and emails them to you as a recording. All emails are sent at the end of the call and the message which is an MP3 file, can then be played on your PC or Smart phone. You have the ability to personalise your voicemail message.
Core to Buzz Telecoms network is our Web portal which gives you access to control your service without the need to purchase any additional software. From this portal you can change your destination number, ring durations and see your call statistics in real time. This gives you the ability to see how many calls you received this month, this week even in the last minute, ultimately giving you an insight on how effective your advertisements are and allow you to measure the return on your investment. It also gives you the ability to change the call profile to maximise your call answering capability.
