Locator Service
Buzz Telecoms Locator service allows your freephone or lo-call (01, 021, 056, etc.) number to be answered in a professional way and then distribute the calls to multiple destinations through our advanced telephony platform.
You have the option of assigning up to 4 different destinations for your inbound calls thus giving you the best chance of answering all of your customer calls. If a call goes unanswered in one location we simply move it on to the next assigned destination. By using this Network facility, it’s the most cost effective to way to re-route your inbound calls between destinations as you do not incur a divert charge between your locations. An example some of the destinations that you can choose from are, your home number, your office number and even your mobile number. You decide the sequence in which you want to receive the call.
Core to Buzz Telecoms network is our Web portal which gives you access to control your Locator service. From this portal you can change your destination numbers, ring durations and see your call statistics in real time. This gives you the ability to see how many calls you received this month, this week even in the last minute, ultimately giving you an insight on how effective your advertisements are and allow you to measure the return on your investment. It also gives you the ability to change the call profile to maximise your call answering capability.
If in the event you are unable to answer your calls, Buzz Telecom have an added voicemail, which captures any unanswered calls and emails them to you as a recording. All emails are sent at the end of the call and the message which is an MP3 file, can then be played on your PC or Smart phone. You have the ability to personalise your voicemail message.
