Use the web to reduce equipment costs with Buzz
Some of the elements of our IVR system have been used to perform ACD functionality, but without the level of real time reporting and instant control. To combat this, we use our own functionality.
This is designed to be a fully fledged ACD environment which is managed from a web interface. Different levels of logon allow for Agents, Team Managers, Supervisor and Management to see what is happening in their virtual call centre with ease.
Screen popping, Scripting, Agent logging, Wrap time, Power Dialling, Enquire Calling, Patch through, Pass to message, Database Cleansing and Home Working are all easily achieved.
